I decided some while ago that I should eventually become a role model for myself, that I would become my own role model, in the lack of any, around. That was one of my strongest desires/needs - I would educate myself, I would challenge my ignorance, my weaknesses, and hopefully - I would become better.
I am walking on a narrow path, all by myself, trying to be good enough for what I felt back then to be necessary. There's still plenty of work to be done.
