yes, that was Ceauşescu's place. however, I would hesitate to tie this place too much to the memory of the dictator. hundreds of thousand of Romanians spent long months and years working in and for this place.

greetings for Novi Sad on my behalf, in return. I visited the city in July 2006, and its center is very nice. I was very impressed by the Armenian statue. and also, by the synagogue. and also, by the ruined bridge over the Danube. and also, by the communication tower destroyed near the city... you can find its picture on my blog.

Well it was long time ago,2006...now bridge over the Danube is renewed and also tower :) Soon I will capture Armenian statue and synagogue,so you will be able to see it again on my page :) Visit my page when you have time and leave some comments or ask something! Best wishes!
